This event is for students of student affairs and higher education graduate programs with an interest in academic advising. As current graduate students and new professionals (less than 2 years post-grad), we want to connect with you! Come learn what a graduate student and new professionals have done to engage with academic advising as graduate students, including opportunities to get involved with NACADA. Additional conversational points include an honest look at what advising can entail, sharing strategies for leveraging graduate experiences for candidacy in a professional job search, and identifying how experiences in other areas of student affairs or education can translate to advising careers.
