Dodge City Community College in Dodge City, Kansas is looking for a Advising Specialist. The Academic Specialist advises students and assists them in making informed college major and career choices by collaborating with college faculty and community college/university counselors to remain current with transferability of courses, majors, and admissions requirements, and the employment trends for career pathways.  The Advising Specialist will provide activities to increase retention rates, course completion rates, graduation rates, and transfer rates for program participants at the Connection Center and Student Achievement Resource Center (SARC).
