Utah Valley University is seeking a Manager of Advisement Training and Assessment. This position contributes to the professional and educational development of advisors and advising administrators through the management of the UVU Advisor Training and Certification program and provides performance management support; assesses the effectiveness of academic advising and coordinates the development of assessment resources to inform advising strategy and approaches; and investigates campus data sources to identify potential student outreach opportunities for advisors and offers support as they follow through on outreach campaigns.
