Ordering your transcript with final Spring 2018 grades

Final grade posting for Spring 2018 term finishes late evening on Tuesday, May 15, 2018.  To secure a transcript at the end of the Spring 2018 Term with your final grades included, first check your Student Center in KSIS the morning of Wednesday, May 16, 2018, to verify that your spring grades have posted, and then order your transcript through your Other Academics tile in KSIS.  Also, please check, prior to Wednesday, May 16, 2018, for any holds that may exist in your Student Center in KSIS, and understand that most holds must be cleared prior to ordering a transcript.

Further, a transcript processing service, entitled Urgent Processing (UP), is available on the transcript storefront.  UP provides next business day processing to all transcript customers for an additional fee of $10.00 per order. UP may be added to any United States Postal Service (USPS) mail, Hold for Pick-up, Priority, or Federal Express orders, but will not include “Hold for Degree.”

Students graduating in Spring 2018 Term, or who will not be enrolled in Fall 2018 Term, have until Friday, May 25, 2018, to order transcripts at no charge.

Receiving your diploma

Spring 2018 graduates will receive their diploma by mail approximately 8–12 weeks after commencement. To ensure that your diploma is mailed to the correct address, please make sure your degree/diploma address in your KSIS account is set to the address where you would like your diploma to be mailed. It is the student’s responsibility to make sure the degree/diploma address is correct in KSIS. If a diploma is mailed to the incorrect address, the graduate will be responsible for having the diploma replaced and will be charged $20 to have a new diploma mailed.

M.S. in Academic Advising diplomas are mailed out by the Graduate School.
