NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising is now accepting applications for the New Advisors Annual Conference Scholarship here: https://www.nacada.ksu.edu/Programs/Awards/Scholarships/Annual-Conference-Scholarship1.aspx.
This scholarship category was created in response to popular demand. Scholarships will be presented to selected new advising professionals with three (3) or fewer years of experience in a position where advising comprises at least 50% of their job duties.
This scholarship provides those selected with an opportunity to experience the 41st NACADA Annual Conference on Academic Advising in St. Louis, MO. It will waive the member registration fee to attend the annual conference. Travel and hotel expenses are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient. The provision of this type of support upholds one of the primary goals of the Association, which is to offer comprehensive professional development opportunities.
