Job Summary:
Duties will include advising students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, study habits, career planning, analyzing and monitoring students’ academic progress, working with incoming students, teaching, a strong commitment to advancing the Center for Student and Professional Services (CSPS) to national prominence, and other related duties. MA/MS required with preference in school counseling, student personnel services, or those with an academic advising degree/certificate. Proficiency in written and oral communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups and individuals required. Experience in K-12 teaching, and some knowledge of statistics and computers preferred.
Twelve-month position starting March 10, 2014
Salary: $32,000 – $34,000
