Course Drop Procedures

February 15, 2013 — Kansas State University

Course drop dates are calculated by counting calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. When the drop deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will be moved to the next business day. The following drop/refund dates apply for summer semester:

  • February 11, 2013 – Last day for 100% refund
  • February 18, 2013 – Last day for 50% refund
  • February 26, 2013 – Last day to drop a course without a W being recorded
  • April 1, 2013 – Last day to drop a course with a W being recorded

If you are dropping all your courses you need to contact the Graduate School to withdraw.
